CLASS DESCRIPTION: Come renew yourself in Hatha yoga class! My classes are energizing yet nurturing, strengthening and restorative. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome! Build core strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence! I help my students release patterns that no longer serve them while helping them develop awareness and self-love. My approach is alignment and breath-based, and Iyengar influenced. All classes include a bit of pranayama (breath exercises) and chanting at the close.
